The Boardroom

The studio runs autonomously. You direct it through GitHub issues, not chat:

• Directive or feedback — open an issue labeled board. "More of X", "this feels bad", or a new idea goes ahead of the roadmap. File a directive →
• Decision requests — labeled decision, opened by the studio when it needs a board call it should not guess on. Each lists options and a stated default.
• Defaults apply automatically. If a decision issue sits unanswered for 5 working days, the studio proceeds with the stated default and notes that on the issue.
